While last-minute travelers can score some good deals, this is not the case for the pending 2008 holiday travel season. Those who procrastinate might just have the Grinch steal their Christmas travel dreams.

According to the Official Airline Guide (OAG), nearly 60 million airline seats will be eliminated in the 4th quarter of 2008, compared to available seats in 2007…just in time for the busy holiday travel season.

But here is an early holiday gift from MacNair Dream Trips (MDT). “If you have not yet planned your holiday vacation do not wait any longer,” according to Michael MacNair, owner of MDT and author of Smooth Landings. “We are still able to find special value in some of the more exciting destinations but space is disappearing quickly, so it is critical for travelers to act quickly.”

Below are some samples of great travel holiday ideas prepared by MDT Dream Trip Designers.
